HUNT'S 20-MINUTE BEEF STEW
5 minute prep/20 minute cook/4 servings

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon Wesson Vegetable Oil
1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 can (14.5 oz.) Hunt's Diced Tomatoes
2 packages (.87 oz each) brown gravy mix
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen vegetables for stew (potatoes, carrots, celery, onion)

Easy Steps:
Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Season beef with salt and pepper. Add beef, in batches if necessary, to brown. Set aside.
Add tomatoes, gravy mix blended with 2 cups of cold water, Worcestershire sauce, and vegetables; heat to a boil.
Return beef to pan; reduce heat. Cover; cook 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Season to taste.

My Notes:
I like this recipe because it's cheap, too. A single batch is about $8, and it lasts a few meals.

When I make this, I give Steve the choice of rice, noodles, or biscuits. It works with all three!
