It's absolutely 10000 times better than the original crockpot version. :)

Ingredients:
1.5-2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut bite-sized
3 (or more) cloves garlic, minced
Fine mist of olive oil
1 Vidalia onion, peeled and chopped small
1 ginormous Cortland apple, cored and chopped small
3 small (possibly "new") red potatoes, washed and diced
1 packet onion soup mix
1/2 tsp coarse grind black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning mix
1/2 cup water
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 cup apple jelly

* In a large, deep pan, brown the chicken and garlic.
* Add the onion and cook until translucent.
* Add the apple and potatoes and mix together well.
* In a bowl, combine the soup mix, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Add to the pan and stir.
* Stir in the water and the soup.
* Cover and cook for 10 minutes over medium-medium high heat.
* Uncover and add apple jelly. Stir until the jelly has melted and combined with the gravy.
* Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
