ROSEMARY-GARLIC BAKED CHICKEN

main meals | Based on recipe from Simply Delicious Winning Points Cookbook, page 85.

INGREDIENTS
1 small onion(s)
1/4 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp dried rosemary
2 clove garlic clove(s)
1/2 tsp table salt
1 pound boneless chicken breast, 3oz


INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
2. Combine the onion, vinegar, oil, mustard, rosemary, garlic, and salt in small bowl.
3. Place the chicken in the baking pan. Spoon the onion mixture over the chicken. Bake until the chicken is browned and cooked through (do not turn), about 30 minutes.
